Why we do not have a calendar on this page
A self-service calendar books a slot before anyone has looked at your car. When a person looks first, you get the right engineer, the right amount of time allowed, and a price that does not change on the driveway.
You enquire
Send us the registration, what you want and where you are. The form is below and takes about a minute.
We look at the car
We check whether it is in the catalogue, whether the ECU needs a bench read, and whether there is a fault to discuss first. Then you get one fixed price, usually the same day.
You get a booking link
The link shows your engineer's real availability for your area. Pick a date and a time, at home or at work.
We come to you
A remap takes around an hour. You pay when it is done and you have driven the car.

Booking, the questions we get asked
How soon can I get a slot?
Usually within a few days, and sooner if a car is not driveable or an AdBlue countdown is getting low. Say so in the message and we will prioritise it. We work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Do I pay a deposit?
No. The booking link holds the slot and nothing is charged until the work is complete. If you need to move the appointment, use the link or ring us. We ask for a day's notice where you can manage it.
Can I book for my work address?
Yes. We need a flat space, permission to be there, and the keys. Put the address in the booking link when it arrives.
What if you look at the car and cannot do it?
We tell you before anything is booked, not on the driveway. If the car is not in the catalogue yet, or the job needs a ramp, we say so, and where it makes sense we pass you across to JF Automotive in Maidstone.
