Before you send
Where are you based? Can I bring the car to you?
Remaps UK is mobile only, so there is no workshop to bring a car to. Everything is done at your home or your work. Anything that needs a ramp or a rolling road, including any AdBlue, DPF or EGR repair, goes to JF Automotive in Maidstone, the company we are part of, and we arrange that with you.
Where do you cover?
Kent, East Sussex, Essex, Surrey and Greater London. If you are further out, ask, and we will tell you plainly whether we can reach you and what it adds to the price.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day in opening hours, often within the hour. Enquiries sent on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday are answered on Monday morning.
Do you take payment when I book?
No. You pay when the work is done and you have driven the car. The booking link holds the slot, and nothing is charged until the engineer has finished.
