Do you really come to me?
Yes. Remaps, gearbox software, fault code reads and software deletes are all done at your home or your work, on the driveway or in the car park. We bring the tools, the laptop and the power. A remap is around an hour, and so is an AdBlue, DPF or EGR delete. The one thing that does not happen at your door is an AdBlue, DPF or EGR repair. For that the car goes to JF Automotive in Maidstone, who diagnose and fix it there.
How much does it cost?
From £245, and every job is quoted on the car before anyone turns up. The full answer is here.
What if I do not like it?
You get fourteen days to decide, with your money back on a Stage 1 remap. We keep your original file, so putting the car back exactly as it was takes one visit. If nothing is wrong with the tune itself, that visit is a flat £50, and the remap is then refunded in full.
Is my car covered?
Put the registration in above and you will see in a few seconds. About three quarters of plates come back with figures straight away. If yours does not, it does not mean we cannot tune it, only that it is not in the catalogue yet, and we will tell you plainly either way.
Who actually turns up?
A named, fully insured Remaps UK engineer who covers your area, not a subcontractor you have never heard of. You get their name before the appointment.
